We are required to keep information on all our clients for Anti‐Money Laundering purposes and for the prevention of the financing of terrorism. Knowing about our clients, including holding this information is a legal requirement of operating as a Chartered Accountancy practice. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us through direct contact from you.


We will hold information on your personal details such as name, home address, date and place of birth and nationality. We will also hold other information which we will use to contact you such as email addresses and telephone numbers. If we act as your accountant, we will also hold and retain financial information necessary for us to complete our work.


Information will only be stored as long as needed or required by law and will be disposed of securely and appropriately.


Use of Information and Sharing

We hold your information in order to comply with the Jersey Financial Services Commission regulations and the regulations of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.


We will use your information to complete the services that we have been engaged to conduct for you. We may also share information with our local regulators and with financial crime authorities on request for fraud prevention, the detection and reporting of financial crime and to pursue debtors.
